Join a supportive team who will help you build your consulting skillset. Learn to build client relationships and take ownership to organize and deliver individual tasks, and eventually streams of work, such as building financial models or planning workshops.

Develop leadership skills by coaching junior team members and manage larger, more complex workstreams. Begin to take ownership to structure and solve problems by developing the right frameworks and analytics. Work closely with clients and begin developing client relationships.

Show content of Engagement Manager

Drive and manage multiple workstreams or engagements end-to-end. Be the key point of contact for the client. Serve as a leader to guide and coach junior team members and support them in their development.

Begin to lead multiple engagements. Become a trusted advisor to key clients within the bank. Act as a role model and leader, supporting team members in their development and serve as a motivator for the project team. Assist the Directors by driving key practice development topics such as training, diversity and inclusion, and knowledge management.

As a member of the DBMC Management team, oversee a portfolio of engagements. Provide strategic leadership and direction for the engagement team. Strengthen and maintain strong and credible relationships with senior stakeholders across the bank and identify where DBMC can provide the most impact. Help “connect the dots” across the bank, be it problems or opportunities. Serve as people manager, helping you team learn, develop, grow and, progress in their careers. Oversee the evolution of the DBMC consulting practice.

Interviews are an opportunity for us to get to know you better, and for you to get to know us. Each interview will last for approximately one hour and will assess your skills, competencies and how you have put them into practice. Most interviews will typically have three key parts:
